• By placing an order on lovetobits, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Products

• In-Stock Products: Available for immediate purchase and shipping.

• Pre-Order Products: Clearly labeled on the product page. Pre-orders are products not yet in stock and will ship on or around the estimated shipping date.

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait until the estimated shipping date for delivery.

3. Orders & Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or Stripe.

• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where stated.

4. Shipping

• Products are shipped only within the United States.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Refunds & Returns

• In-stock products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled. Refunds for pre-orders are only issued if the product is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated shipping date, or if the product is defective upon delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

• lovetobits is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

• We make every effort to ensure products are accurately described, but colors, sizes, and images may vary slightly.
